| Through multiple partner relationships, Dovetail works with each client to determine the best integrated SMS solution for their business. In the event a client already has an SMS solution in place and does not want to change, Dovetail works with the existing SMS solution. |

| With each SMS deployment, lists pulled via the Dovetail Application are integrated with and seamlessly passed into the SMS deployed solution. SMS send results are then matched at the individual cell phone number level, feeding back into the marketing database. |

Dovetail provides each client with an easy, non-technical user interface to create a 160 character or less text message. |

Both mobile originated (MO) and mobile terminated (MT) SMS functionality are provided. Generally, MO is used for building and growing of client lists, while MT is used for deepening existing relationships. Triggered SMS capability is also included as part of this functionality. |
